4. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• You must provide accurate address and contact details to ensure successful delivery.
• We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect information or events outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of meat products, we do not accept returns unless the item is incorrect or unsafe.
• If you receive a damaged or wrong item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
